Fortune Franchise Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fortune franchise, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or refund your franchise agreement. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Refund Policy

  • Initial Franchise Fee: The initial franchise fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to provide the necessary training and support.
  • Ongoing Fees: Ongoing fees, such as royalty fees and marketing fees, are non-refundable.
  • Inventory and Supplies: You may return unused inventory and supplies within 30 days of cancellation, and we will refund the full amount.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Notice: You must provide written notice of cancellation to us at least 30 days prior to the effective date of cancellation.
  • 2. Post-Cancellation Obligations: Upon cancellation, you must:
    - Cease using the Fortune Mart name, logo, and trademarks.
    - Return all confidential and proprietary information.
    - Pay any outstanding fees or debts.

Exceptions

  • Default: If you default on your franchise agreement, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement and retain all fees paid.
  • Bankruptcy: If you file for bankruptcy, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement and retain all fees paid.

Dispute Resolution

  • Mediation: Any disputes arising from the cancellation or refund process will be resolved through mediation.
  • Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration.

By signing the franchise agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund and cancellation policy.
